Watch yourself!!! Something major has changed at this location. Seems to have declined in appearance and employees. Had to switch rooms due to faulty AC unit first night. Floor and carpet soaked. That was handled by the desk clerk offering a room only a few doors down which was greatly appreciated.
However, on our last day of our stay (3 nights) housekeeping went into our room sometime during the day, this was after our magnetic sign posted on door requested no service needed. Luggage and medication bags were gone through. Immediately called the desk and was advised we would have to speak to the manager the next morning at 7am. Went down to the desk at 7 and was told to come back later and meet the manager at 9am instead. This caused us to get up early and rearrange our day but that was not even taken into consideration by anyone whatsoever. Apparently the customers needs do not matter? That is something to consider when staying there. Met with the manager at 9am where we were confronted with whole housekeeping staff. Nothing was offered as a solution whatsoever by the location “manager” it was supposedly turned over to a “higher up” to get back to us about it via email. Really?? All I can say is… Be careful staying here anymore!!! It’s been the worst trip I’ve ever experienced here and have stayed multiple times over the last several years. We will seek an alternative location next time. I can’t believe MARRIOTT has lowered their standards so much. Extremely disappointed.
