For the first time using Trip.com....this one for me is a winner. After bad experiences at Extended Stays and some motels under Wyndham Rewards wherein I lost a number of points on rooms that needed serious upgrading for their members, as well with some other third party reservations were very disappointing and over priced on fees and tax for people on a fixed income. Only flaw...no breakfast folks. But I'll take care that for the cleanliness and no pets.

Checked in for a business meeting, hotel was nice, clean and the breakfast was good! The stay was very pleasant, The staff was great as well. They have a nice fire pit and the pool is kept nice. The building looks well maintained. Anna and Amanda were great the morning of my departure!

There are dozens of good motels and hotels in the general area. Pick any one but this one. I can just see the response... ”We are just gutted....” ”...working hard to meet standards.” It's been like this for years. Dirty, dated, skeevy, staff who are not helpful. Not only was I told there was no housekeeping, we couldn't get more towels. There is no breakfast of any type. The smell of dirty carpet and curry in the hallways. Shady people hanging out in the parking area.

We decided to stop over here for the night which was a Sunday into a Monday. Check in was ok. At first was told that the room we requested was not clean (4pm) and wouldn't be ready for another hour. Ok that's fine, but asked for a different type of room as we just wanted to get settled in and get some dinner. Magically the room we originally wanted was ready. Guess they saw the dollar sign go down for the price difference in room types. Forget about using the pool.. there was a birthday party being held. The hotel hallway on floor 4 there was no ac flowing it was hot and gross. The hotel only had one elevator at the front of the building so if you think going in one of the other entrances was going to help you had to walk to front anyways. The room was clean, However, the kitchen area could use some help. Doors falling off cabinets, drawers broken, The shower in the king room was broken and rusted. Toilets didn't flush properly. The free breakfast was a joke. For the price we paid for the room we should have gotten a better experience. Also, the hotel backs up to the highway so if you are a light sleeper the truck and motorcycle traffic may keep you up. The beds in the room also need replacement. Very uncomfortable.

Broken promises. Booked for a soccer tournament weekend based in the availability of a pool. No pool.available and no laundry facilities available either. Only room available was a queen with a pull out couch. Cue the sad trombone music on this one. I knew I should have stuck to Hilton products.

My husband & I booked a room & so did my daughter. The location was good for us & it was a quiet place. We were on the 4th floor. We liked that there were outlets to charge our phones & my watch. The room had a microwave, coffee pot, fridge, flat screen TV & an alarm clock. The bathroom had large counter space & a good stock of towels. The staff at the desk & those serving breakfast were great. We weren't in the room much since we were visiting family but the room really needed more light. There were only 3 lights in the actual room & they were not very bright. In contrast the bathroom lighting was very good. Also our room door screeched when we opened & closed it. I think the door needs an adjustment which I mentioned to the front desk staff. We have stayed at this Hampton a long time ago. The rooms have been updated since then.

We are in Ephrata Township across the road from the local community park which features two ponds for fishing and large amounts of field space.
