Extended Stay America Suites - Cincinnati - Springdale - I-275

Me and my child tried to check in around 11:30pm after a Cincinnati Reds game. Nobody was in the office/lobby to check us in and I called the number on the door to call with no answer. I read on the details page (see attached photo) that the latest check in was midnight so I felt safe. Yes, I cut it close, but they did not deliver as the details page stated. I expect a refund and an apology.

Worst experience ever. I booked a room and paid for it no one there to check in when they did finally come to the office after holding for 1.5 hours on the phone no vacancy no refund horrible and poorly managed

I made a reservation with early check in, got there at 9 am and said no rooms were available until 3pm. I get there at 3pm and still no rooms available. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. It was a waste of time and they don’t have the decency to call and let you know about it. Very unprofessional.

Never stayed. Even though I had a confirmation number they overbooked the hotel and told me I did not have a room.

This should be taken off the list. The property should be demolished! We checked in and checked out in 5-10 minutes. Several Health Codes and Code Violations. Again, this is not a place to stay. The property should be Demolished

Arrived after driving 4.5 hours was told by staff the hotel was fully booked and ******* had no right selling me a room and I would have to take it up with them for refund. I then spent well over an hour with first AI that I'm assuming a supervisor AI or maybe a real person typing before I was told my card would be refunded.

I made reservations online got to the property. No one was at the desk called the phone number that was on the wall. Spoke to an individual who stated I would have to wait until the morning to check in. Mind you the ladder on the wall, stated that their hours on Saturday and Sunday or 10 PM to 6 AM. It was 11 PM and nobody was at the office. The man was rude.

I got there and the said there was no room. Omar of canceling and getting me a refund they said I have to call the third party to ask for refund. How do you accept a booking when you’re all booked? What a shame. Waste of time and drive all the way there.
