When your away from home It is nice to have such friendly accomadating Peole araound. Jim Tamela and Gary rock stars! I could tell that they miantained a safe place for their customers to stay. The rooms were clean and anything you needed was available.

The staff was amazing and the hotel was exceptional will definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms was clean and oder free the staff was very helpful and friendly great location breakfast could be better but Thanks so much Gary and Tam y'all was great

Didn't get to ck in at all because I arrived after midnight and they already had me as a no show I would like a refun

Loud ruckus all night starting at 11pm every night. Springdale police are always called. I saw them carry out a dead body from a third floor room either 311 or 309. It was horrible. Do Not Stay. I had several stays but opted to pay more to stay somewhere that gave me a safe feeling. Definitely not this extended stay. Do yourself a favor and try any number of other options.

Very private and quiet. Which is only surprising because it's literally right next door to the Super 8, but it manages to stay under the radar, and that's how I prefer it to stay. I also appreciate the clientele base they manage to attract has a universal consideration for property upkeep and resecting their living quarters.

The visit to Cincinnati turn out great I was visiting home. The hotel was very welcoming, treated with smiles and laughter. I was having a ruff day but turn around instantly. The hotel is old but you can tell they take care of it. They had worker cleaning the grounds, housekeepers on floors. Everyone spoke, the front desk person African American woman seen something. She seen something instantly and said beautiful smile it will be okay. Pray to higher power you believe in, your strong is almost over. Damn I broke down, but it lifted me too. From that day on I have smiling and know my blessing is coming. So thank you and team members.

Very nice. Workers and nice and take care of the place. They make you feel your not away from home. Will definitely return. Location quiet and also they work this hotel like it's their life's they care sometimes much about the upkeep and rooms you can tell they gave they all daily

Very nice cleaning hotel to stay at. Lexi, the front desk manager was very polite and very nice respectful person 🙂 if needed something, she'll be the right person to go too and ask for help. Lexi helped me with a room to stay at, together with my babies .. with no charge, when my card got stolen and had to paid it the next day ❤️ I'm so grateful I did my booking in the right place .

Courteous staff, clean rooms, attention to detail, and I was very satisfied for the money spent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the Cincinnati area. Always traveling on business returns to this hotel since my first visit a month ago will continue to come thanks for the great service
