The owners are mean and un professionals

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy Bugs everywhere from roaches, to bed bugs. The drawers haven’t been cleaned in years nasty the bathroom door wa so covered in sludge in both sides I refused to touch it walked in and walked right back out and they don’t like to give refunds so just go somewhere else please.

Workers were very un-friendly. Room was very dirty. Not because it was messy, but over all disgusting. The door to the bathroom was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch it. The shower head was so nasty I couldn’t even take a shower. There’s was a milkshake left in the fridge from last people. The walls were so black and dirty. I notified the front desk and all he said was “oh okay”. I highly recommend NOT staying here any times. The pictures show everything.

Had a great stay at Super 8 Springdale, Ohio. The staff was friendly and welcoming, check-in was quick, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Great value for the price, and I would stay here again.

Saw room and turned around as it was disgusting, horrible cleaning job and bathroom had a broken toilet seat

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was even better than expected. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the front desk agents were kind and helpful. The room was clean, the bedsheets were comfortable, and the beds were very good. The parking area was convenient. Overall, the hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Cheapest place in town for the night which is why I ended up there… there is a reason. The room was not cleaned the bed were made… there was still a dirty towel hanging from my shower curtain and the beds were not cleaned. I got a smoking room which I appreciate still exists but the amount of burn holes and filth in the room was not worth the luxury of smoking inside while storming.
