I had an early afternoon appointment for scans that I had to be NPO for. The day manager allowed me a late check out. This was my second time to stay here. First was 2021 before surgery.

It's quiet, clean and enjoy the swimming pool. Also good breakfast options nice clean rooms comfortable beds I recommend this motel/ hotel to anyone that may be traveling around this area and needs a place to stay over night

I do not recommend this hotel. I stayed here for business a few years ago and it was quite good. Since then it has really gone downhill. Here are the specifics on this trip: - The key card continually demagnetized between morning and evening, though I was carrying it with other similar cards that did not demagnetize. - The showerhead in my bathroom was broken and just jerry-rigged together, so I couldn't get under it. It took two days of reminding the front-desk staff in order to get it fixed. - The mattress was very thin and incredible uncomfortable. I got up every morning with a horrible backache. - The minifridge in the room had ice in the freezer section. The first night I put a salad in the refrigerator section and it froze. So I turned up the temperature just a bit, and for the next 4 days, the ice that had built up in the freezer section melted and ruined everything I put in there. - The internet connection was unstable. - The "business office" had a computer and printer. Neither worked. After I inquired, they finally put up a sign saying "out of order." - Housekeeping cleared out the towels every day -- there was no option to hang the towels up and reuse them in order to reduce water consumption. - With one notable exception, all the front-desk staff was defensive and unresponsible when asked for help with any of these problems. There was sort of a "not my problem" attitude. In summary, I will not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

This place was for a reward night for an office party, and boy I wasted my rewards! Management did nothing about the water people were leaving in and out of the elevators, even after we complained about it being a slipping hazard. There was empty fast food containers in the elevator. The room was not up to par. There was so much ice out front, it was a hazard! And nothing was being done about it. As a business, especially a hotel, they would have been putting salt out. It was so bad someone slid into a post out front. It was a waste of our rewards!

The hotel was average and I’m not saying that in a negative way. I would stay again. Nothing bad, just average. Front desk was great and we did need to switch rooms due to a smoke smell, he didn’t hesitate and got us a new room. Not bad at all for the price.

There was a snafu with the booking and the front desk clerk was more helpful than the booking agent. The room was clean and served its purpose for a fair price.

I need to cancel that reservation that was made it said January 17 thru 19 .I made the reservation from January 19 thru the 21

Overall day was pretty good. It was for my birthday we stayed two nights. The pull out bed from the couch was super uncomfortable, and the regular bed was all right. It wasn’t as bad as the pullout, but it was still uncomfortable and like the elevator area was kinda dirty we had found cigarette butts in the elevator.

Staffing guy said 2 hrs check-in but on the app says 1 hr check-in so i have to another hr. That's what i dislike about it. Other than that my stay in was good.
