TV didn’t work, shower didn’t have hot water, Kleenex box fell out of wall, lights didn’t work, couldn’t fully close bathroom door.

The front desk assistant IAN was amazing! Above and beyond .. I will definitely stay at ELEV8 more often .. they are in the middle of renovations I’ll look fired to staying when it’s completed

Had to ask room service multiple times to clean our room, when they did service our room they only took our trash out and replaced one towel

Room came with out curtains so there was open view of the hotel room and the faucet and sinks were rusted. Otherwise just your average hotel room when you need a place to stay on the road

The room floors had not been swiped or moped. There were no bath towels. Or did the shower have curtain. And bath tube was fiftly.

No chairs or luggage stands in the room. TV used two remotes, which was confusing.

We do a lot of traveling, and by far this was the worst place we’ve ever stayed.
