It was great u see my little one knock out

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Went to pool and hot tub, pool was clean but a bit cool. The hot tub once we got in and turned on jets became very cloudy and quite gross looking. We got out and did not go back the rest of our stay.. Breakfast was fairly good with the exception of the coffee. It was very weak as I could see the bottom of the cup with a full cup poured and it was quite bitter. Good thing Starbucks was close by.

For the price it’s what it is but the room and bathroom were not what I expect for hotel clean

It was a decent place for the price. Breakfast options were decent, though biscuits a bit dry. Location was reasonable and near shopping mall which is perfect. Plenty of parking

The staff was great but the hotel itself needs a lot of attention and maintenance. The various unpleasant smells in the hallways and overall damp feeling in the rooms were not good

Great place at a great price! Clean; quiet; friendly, helpful staff; good breakfast; not rundown. This is our second stay at this property; would definitely come again!

Requested a certain room that we had previously on 2 other stays. Booked on ********** and then called the hotel to reassure we would get that room. Said no problem, until we checked in and not only didnt get that room, but having dogs we wanted a ground floor room. Didnt get that either. Will not be back there again.

The hotel was cheap in terms of the neighboring hotels, and I understand why. The room itself was not remotely bad (we were actually pleased with the room itself), but the shower/bathtub was so disgusting that my daughter and I wore our flip flops while showering. The lobby and hallways reeked of cigarettes and ****, so we put a rolled up towel along the floor at the door.
