It's true that the room had a strange smell at first, but for the price, it was more than acceptable. Comfortable beds, clean room, and very good breakfast. Not bad for a good night's sleep.

After a long day of being in meetings I get to my room and ready to relax and get in the bed to only find blood stains on my comforter, sheets, and mattress cover. Obviously they don’t clean the rooms and there is definitely no safety protocols in place. Who’s checking the rooms. Very disappointed in the service received when I brought it to the managers attention. He said he would give me 3,000 point. What !!!!!!! What about the inconvenience and health scare. I laid on the bed hours before turning back the comforter which had blood stains on it to discover blood everywhere. See pictures and you decide if this is where you would stay! Location: Springfield, IL Manager name: Jay Patel Still waiting to hear back from Wyndham executives. Very disappointed!

I like the location, It's small, quite, clean and and Excellent and friendly Personnel. Daily Breakfast and coffee 24/7. I love that.

Robyn and Kirstie are very professional and helpful. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping..Will stay again.
