Pros: The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The room was relatively quiet even though it was facing I95 and there was no noise coming from the rooms on either side of us or people in the hallway. Cons: Upon arrival after 7 hours in the car there were no luggage carts available we had to wait 10 minutes for one to be returned. Meanwhile, you have to pay $10 to park in the hotel lot which has no security or valet service. When we finally got the cart and into the deluxe king 2 room suite, I tried to call housekeeping to request a couple of spoons and bowls to use in the kitchenette there was no answer, twice. My husband went down to the front desk and they said they would have it sent up. It never was. If you need/want to leave early on a Saturday or Sunday, the restaurant doesn't open for breakfast until 7:30. Obviously we were not the only ones trying to leave early because again there were no luggage trolleys. After waiting 10 minutes for one to be returned I went back to the room and there was one in our hallway. I knocked on the door of that room and the guests said they were done with it and I could use it. Does the hotel only have one cart? I gave only 3 stars because of the inconvenient and unpleasant issues on arrival and departure.
