The staff at the front desk refuses to give me a new room because my air and this one is broken because she said she didn't like the way my attitude was the Air does not work no heat or cold there's no microwaves in the room and she was asking me all kinds of questions about why I checked in early like it mattered to her she refused to switch my room refuse to give me my refund and let me check out and told me I had a nasty attitude and she hoped I never stayed here again is that the way to treat a customer she needs a job working somewhere

Dirty with Bed bugs and unsafe. Staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. They would not give us any kind of discount after I woke up, covered in hives and found the bugs in the bed. There were fights in the hallway and people constantly trying to get into out room, shaking the handle around Midnight. If you don't like poor sleep, physical pain, and the feeling of being threatened in the middle of the night, don't stay here. I would have rather slept in my car.

They didn’t wanted to rent me the hotel just because i asked if i i can have a discount just because i wanted to get it for more than a week and the workers ask the manager and he just got mad and today I tried to go to rent it and I did the reservation and they told No!
