Great customer service. As a traveling hospital worker, the staff has gone out of their way to accommodate unexpected housing needs related to snow storms and other weather events. Faye at the front desk deserves special recognition for always finding a way to make things work seamlessly."

This was the cleanest motel I've ever stayed in. From the lobby to the room - everything was as clean as a whistle. The Rooms were large and comfortable; beds were very comfy with lovely soft sheets and fluffy pillows. The bathroom was sparking clean. The breakfast was amazing- so many things to choose from, including fresh made waffles. The staff was very friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this Best Western.

Vraiment bien surpris par la haute qualité des services offerts par cet hôtel. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues et l'atmosphère générale est amicale, détendue et chaleureuse. Petit déjeuner chaud et des petits collations pour le reste de la journée font un climat attractif pour le lobby spacieux. Pas loin des villes de Brattleboro, Woodstock, VT et même Hanover, NH , Keene NH , l'hôtel est un endroit idéal pour faire des petites sorties. On reviendra sûrement.

One of the better budget hotels I have stayed at for a night on our ski adventures. We're a family of four (two little kids) and shared a two queen room. Room was clean and had plenty of space for gear. We did'nt have time to swim but the pool was warm (we checked) and looking inviting. Breakfast was simple and had something for everyone. Town is a close drive for a sit down resturant and I noticed pleanty of takeout options for dinner. Checkout was easy.

I came for a wedding and was very pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable this hotel was. It is very conveniently located next to I-91 and New Hampshire. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast was included and was very good.

Great hotel for price. Close to Okemo. Could have been cleaner. Found hair on towel, old bar of soap in shower and potato chips in nightstand drawer. Free breakfast was ok. Nice 10’ deep pool.
