The last time I went there, the milk in the refrigerator was opened. It was just because the last resident put the bottle back on, so I didn't even realize it was opened at first, so I think the cleaning staff didn't notice it, and so did I. Just picked it up and saw it, and I hope that this kind of thing will not happen again in the future. When I checked in on the first day, I didn't answer the door because I wanted to sleep too much. As a result, I was very worried that I missed the cleaning time. I didn't expect that the cleaner was very quiet and cleaned up for me (so quiet that I didn't find anyone coming in), I'm really grateful !

Great hotel, nice staff, clean, tidy, well appointed, free coffee in the foyer (nice). Near to shopping centres and good quality food at Ballista hotel.

Easy booking process, excellent service throughout and modern clean facilities. Highly recommended for some just S-E of Brisbane central with easy access to Train and other Public transport.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay not too far from Springfield Town centre. Nice and quiet and beautiful hotel suites. The check in and check out process was quick and easy, everything was waiting for me when I walked in the door, no mucking around tapping on a computer. The layout of the hotel was guest friendly so the rooms were extra quiet and comfortable.

Great hotel tucked away in the back of Springfield, convenient stay located next to hospital, university, businesses If you want somewhere quiet this is the place to be!! Not overly suitable for kids tho

Checked in late, got a great night's sleep, Cooked food the following day and visited nearby shops. Impressed with the area and the hotel facilities, would work for either business or a stop-over for a weary traveller
