They were under staffed and didnt have clean rooms when we arrived. We had to wait to check in even though we booked weeks in advance. Stain on sheets. Overall, the staff was friendly once we got checked in. It wasnt too loud and was an ok option for the price.

Ms Eden was the best and my son absolutely adores her. Rooms were clean n smelled fresh Ms Eden was very welcoming n very helpful she also knows the area well enough to tell you of places to visit while u stay. This hotel has done a major turn around n I'm very happy knowing she works there plan to visit again

The manager and staff are rude. It’s expensive to stay here. They act like they are doing the guests a big favor. But the employees and the manager need some costumer service. I also have had roaches…

Did not stay there after finding the horrible neighborhood it is in. Was told 3 out of 4 nights would be refunded. Of course refund was not given and when asked about it, they say there is no record of any such conversation.

We had to wait almost half an hour just to check in. The elevator smelled like cat pee. There is nobody at the front desk til 10 on sundays and they dont answer the phone til then either.
