My cousin and I opted to stay here as we were both led to believe Vib was a higher end Best Western. Imagine our surprise when we went to our room and found food in the fridge from a previous patron. Of course the question, which immediately entered my mind was..."if they didn't empty the fridge, did they change my sheets?" I went in to take a shower and the towel rack was half empty. Again it appeared as though no one had seen to cleaning and restocking our room. When I got out of the shower there was a puddle running out into the room from the corner of the shower. Fortunately, I noticed before either myself or my cousin slipped and fell. We decided to turn on the TV and any channel we selected would play briefly and then would freeze and bump us back to the main info channel, which seemed to have not trouble playing on repeat. All of this combined with the tantalizing aroma of feet throughout the entire facility made for a truly memorable stay. I offered my feedback to the concierge without any expectation of compensation and I was not even offered an apology. It is for this reason, I am taking the time to post my review. The hotel staff were given the opportunity to make it right and chose not to. If my review can help even one person avoid wasting their money staying here, then my job is done. You're welcome.
