The pad in the tank of the toilet was very unique, never seen that happen before. Thought that was the reason that toilet was running, but they fixed it in a timely manner.

Having a 4pm check-in time caused a very slow check-in process. It was crowded and a long wait. They charge extra for early check in.

This has always been our go-to place.to stay when we're in Springfield. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The location is great also. Not a fan of the rain shower head in the shower (not high enough) and I wish the mattress on the bed was firmer. Still a wonderful place to stay though.

Stay was good; esp if want be close to Bass Pro Shop. I did need a computer to print something so would have been nice if had public computer/ printer.
