They would not let me stay since I live in Springfield. They said I would be credited my money back, but it still has not been credited to my credit card.

Overall this property was fine for the price. However, I do feel like they could spend some money investing in New linens. Adjusting and fixing shower head heights and things like that. But my biggest issue was the clerk who checked me in did not know how to register a tax exempt guest. So I was charged for tax even though I had a tax exempt letter but she did not know how to attend to that. So I was able to email it the second day but the charge had already gone through and now I have to wait for the tax to be refunded. All around inconvenient.

We were very happy with the area and the price of our accomodations! There was a hiccup with our reservation but we were able to sort everything out. The room was nice and clean for a budget friendly option.

This was our 3rd stay at this location. The room was clean and comfortable as usual. The breakfast was super with so much items to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pet charge was only $10 per night. Easy access to highways. I strongly recommend.

This was a quick overnight trip for us, and we were pleasantly surprised at the condition. That staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was greatly appreciated and well stocked, and very delicious. We'll stay there again when we are in Springfield, MO

Room and bathroom were dirty still. Sink drain was clogged big time. Toilet felt broke, very shaky.
