Amazing!! Beyond expectations, staff gave personal touch! The food was awesome- the hotel- beautiful, relaxing, and convenient to our conference in Ozark!

Great stay, price was great. We got in late and the front desk person was attentive and helpful. She even placed us far away from the elevator which we appreciated. Will stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

My flight was delayed in Nashville due to Tornados and caused me to miss my connection to Springfield. I called the hotel and they told me it was not a problem to contact ******* and they would let me cancel the reservation, not true! Will NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGIN!!
