Service at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and clean. However certain things in the room needed attention. The outdoor pool was beautiful and looked very inviting!

The room and hotel is out dated by 40 years. Which means it was clean as could be with 40 years of use. We booked a king bed and a couch bed for our stay. It was UVU graduation, and hard to find any rooms in the valley last min. Asked for linens and blankets and pillows for the couch bed, The staff was trying to help, but there actually was not any to be had of a complete set for the couch bed. Also there was no extra pillows available for that couch bed.

They need to train their cleaning staff better. The blankets and sheets were itchy and the room was lacking basic toiletries. Overall the staff was very good to us.

Great hotel with a full breakfast and really friendly staff. The room was very clean and when we asked for more towels they gave us them without any questions.

Mattress was well past the best before date. Bed sheets were torn, towels threadbare. The room wasn’t clean. Price was very high. I would not recommend a stay here.

No elevators in this hotel so know that with bags and handicap. The mattress was horrible and old. Extremely soft and lopsided. I kept rolling all night to the other person and my small spouse almost disappeared in the squish on her side. It was like two different mattresses in one. Miserable night of sleep. Don’t stay here. You also hear freeway all night.
