They need to train their cleaning staff better. The blankets and sheets were itchy and the room was lacking basic toiletries. Overall the staff was very good to us.

Great hotel with a full breakfast and really friendly staff. The room was very clean and when we asked for more towels they gave us them without any questions.

Mattress was well past the best before date. Bed sheets were torn, towels threadbare. The room wasn’t clean. Price was very high. I would not recommend a stay here.

No elevators in this hotel so know that with bags and handicap. The mattress was horrible and old. Extremely soft and lopsided. I kept rolling all night to the other person and my small spouse almost disappeared in the squish on her side. It was like two different mattresses in one. Miserable night of sleep. Don’t stay here. You also hear freeway all night.

I was traveling solo to relocate. I had to postpone a day due to an accident on the highway that had me stop somewhere else. The following day, there was an unexpected blizzard with road hazards, which I explained. This company would not cancel or refund anything. They wouldn't even just compromise and settle for a late cancel fee. They charged the whole amount. I booked via ******* who said they will refund if BW agreed but BW Mountain View refused. I asked for a manager, who never got back to me. Such a big company that couldn't accommodate a 1 night charge. I stopped at another BW where the receptionist explained and confirmed the hazardous weather, and they still wouldn't help. Poor customer service! Very upsetting.

The floor in our room wasn't clean. Rock salt on it from peoples shoes.
The sheets on the bed were cheap and uncomfortable.

The worst oldest dirtiest hotel we have ever experienced. Our fault, we had a bad vibe just by walking into the lobby, should have walked out. The drapery was filthy, sacred to touch to close them, furniture old and worn, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, called front desk to check it out, no one showed up. Breakfast area filthy. One positive the bedding was white and clean.
