The hotel is about 20 minutes by car from Marrakech center (Jemaa El Fna square) which is very good when you are with children and have a car. Superb swimming pool.. Free parking..

Quelle déception depuis le changement de propriétaire . Pas d'eau chaude le 1 er jour . Mais où sont les bonnes cuisinières ??? Restauration médiocre . Ménage non fait le 2 ème jour dans la chambre . Vraiment déçus , ne reviendrons pas , malgré que Sofiane fait de son mieux pour satisfaire ses clients .Excursion très mal organisée , pour le transport avons eu l'impression d'être du bétail , aucune communication . Quel dommage

Une arnaque comme je n'en ai jamais vu. Ne mérite pas 2 étoiles. Service catastrophique, personnel qui n'a rien de professionnel, un gérant qui gère le lieu avec son téléphone portable. Pas de téléphone dans les chambres pour contacter la réception. Des Transats en béton 😀, une piscine remplie au tuyau la nuit quand les clients dorment. Un petit déjeuner infecte où vous aurez droit aux restes de la veille. Des paons qui rôdent partout (plus d'une dizaine) et qui vous empêche de dormir la nuit avec leurs cris. Un patron avec une tenue délabrée et jamais rasé. Au petit déjeuner quand vous dites que le thé est froid, on vous dit c'est tout ce qu'il y a. En arrivant en voiture piste qui risque de bousillé votre voiture. Un endroit très loin de la ville. On parle de navette mais, c'est de 9h30 à 13h00 ou de 15h30 à 19h30, c'est à dire qu'à 35 degré minimum, vous avez toutes les chances d'avoir une insolation. Nous devions resté 6 jours au bout de 3 on s'est sauvé. Séjour à oublier, notre plus grande déception depuis que l'on voyage. Rajoutez quelques euros et éviter ce lieu pourri... Sauf si vous n'avez jamais voyager ni vu autre chose, c'est ce qui semble être le cas pour ceux qui lui accorde des bons points en commentaire. Il ne mérite pas de figurer sur les sites de voyage, car c'est de la publicité mensongère. À bannir... De vos voyages 🙄😉

Very peaceful surroundings with many beautiful friendly peacocks freely walking around. Owner pleasant and lives in the riad. Staff friendly. It’s around twenty minutes out of the city but free transport is laid on if you have booked the through Bookings.com. We did not but it’s easy to get to the city by just walking 5 minutes to the main road….plenty of shared taxis vans and even locals will take you…..1 euro 60p. Nice pool and another large pool ready in a few weeks. Massive gardens with olive and lemon trees. Great stay and will certainly return in the future. Enjoy! We certainly did.

Les photos parlent d elles mêmes À l arrives les chambres pas prêtes à 15h… La piscine verte et les rebords sale Dès trous au sols très dangereux Au menu pas grand choses une salade tomate concombre oignons et un tagine poulet cuit à la cocote et le poulet pas très cuit .

This was a short break from sweltering hezt of Marrakech.When I booked the ryad I wawnt looking for luxury but a place to exhale. The ryad just reopened during to the Covid virus so the staff was a bit overwhelmed: cleaning lady was nowhere to be seen and toileteries were missing from the bathroom so e had to ask On a more positive note,the double room was clean, the bed comfy,hot water available and A /C worked fine The pool is an added value espevizlly when temp hovered around 39 The staff especially,Mohamed the receptionist ,was nive and very accomodating. The ryad is located on farm so it s lush and green with plenty of olive,orange and pomegranate trees For the price we paid it was worth it

I was here in October 2016 but I did not have Tripadvisor then. I was with my friend and we had a lovely stay! Such nice staff, and everyone was so nice to us and made suggestions with what we can do in the city center that day, the hotel manager always helped us with prices and gave us a map and explained a lot about the city. We were sitting with him some evenings and drank tea. And we did not feel uncomfortable at all any Second in the hotel, even as two young women in a hotel with mainly male staff. The first night we did sleep at the other house (there are 3 houses) which was not so nice, but they were fully booked and in the next morning we could even chose our room. It was beautiful and huge! It is not a classic hotel, but a huge house that was converted into a hotel. But I liked the concept, since it was a small hotel with ＞20 rooms and the staff knew all their guests. Breakfast was very good, every day we got a different Moroccan breakfast specialty. Free shuttle to the city center 4x a day, we always spend the morning and afternoon at the pool and went to the city centre for late afternoon and evening. The shuttle driver also helped us to get a taxi in the city center and told the taxi driver to make us a good price would stay there again!
