That place is disaster. Service are very poor and they are not professional. Not recommended to anyone. Housekeeping department are not qualified and professional but they claim themselves they are 3*** Category resort. That is ridiculous. Their Breakfast Items are very poor and it taste like roadside street food, even roadside street foods are better. Never ever go there again

Stayed for two nights (booked by travel agency). The place does not offer any of the typical resort amenities and appeared empty. No soundproofing. The room was spacious with very basic decor. Power outlets inconveniently located (1.5 m up the wall, on the side of the bed; none near the desk area or the nightstand) and very loose, so plugs would fall off. No night lamp and no light switch near the bed. No electric kettle. AC worked well. Hard bed with stained linen. No blackout curtains. Bathroom with no shower located in a corner, no shower door or curtain. Decent water pressure. Staff speaks minimal English. Ok wifi with some hiccups.
