Balishira Resort

I recently stayed at [balishiraresort], and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service provided was subpar, with staff members seemingly indifferent to guests' needs. The amenities promised fell short of expectations, leaving me feeling quite disappointed. From the lack of cleanliness to the unresponsive staff, it's safe to say that my stay at [balishiraresort] left much to be desired. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall quality for future guests.

Overhyped with very poor service. Only perk is having a Chara behind the property and they're overselling it. It was poorly maintained, with stray dogs. Food taste was mediocre and very slow! The staffs were good but overall they're not organized according to the charges they're taking!

We ( me, my wife and my infant ) stayed there for three nights. I booked superior deluxe. I checked out at 6:00pm . We found the room was not neat and clean. There were dust in the furniture and the sandal provided in front of the washroom was very dirty. There were dust in the floor. The following day we woke up hearing the sound of the construction work. They rented the room even though construction work was going in the roof top. We complained about it but they didn't bother. Their towel and bed sheets were very dirty and with yellow stains. Their intercom was not functional and they didn't care to fix it. Last but not least , there were no water in the wash room on last day. I complained about it but they simply don't care. It took several hours. Their restaurant was very expensive compare to amount and taste. We ate on arrival day and found good restaurant nearby. We felt like leaving the place as soon as possible. We are not going to come here again. I highly recommend not to stay here

This is only my second Ever bad review of a hotel. Where to start. The place is great aesthetically. But the room was 2* at best. My wife described it as sleeping in a bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. The shower didn’t have hot water. We then checked the pillows. Full of fungus. So we got all the sheets and all the pillows changed. By this stage we are desperately trying to not stay in this room. But they couldn’t provide us with any other room. This despite the fact we went and looked at the cottage on the site which was unoccupied! Then comes the restaurant. Tea and coffee was provided by a communal kettle and powdered coffee - make your own. It’s supposed to be 4*, right ? Fly’s and mosquitos everywhere. Genuinely an awful experience. The following day we moved to the Grand sultan hotel.

We had a great time with balishira resort. One of the relax & Cherming place in sreemangal.Good for family & couple to spent quality time here .Warm well coming from the staff,very polite & and friendly staff his name Mr inderjit from breakfast lunch he was taken care of us.Thanks to him for his personalize service. From arrivel we was wait little bit for the room it was back to back room.Anyway room was clean well prepared. Villa name Lal-Nil depaboli it was really amazing .In this resort we enjoyed the weather.For sure we will visite there again.

Very Clean & well maintained resort. Service staffs are as good as expected. Rooms are cozy. Just need to develop the breakfasts. My suggestion is making the room rent a bit economy on weekends so that the huge difference between weekday & weekend minimize.

Scenic beauty is attractive specially streams flowing behind the room. Rooms are very spacious. A perfect place for friends and family to pass some time in silence & nature. A common swimming pool should be there. Overall service was satisfactory. I want to go there again.
