Hotel Maharaja

The room size was big and it was very neat and clean. The staff was very helpful, especially the reception. The morning breakfast was also nice.

Washroom is not well maintained

Hotel was good. Location was good. Food is perfect. Room & washroom was good. Hotel staff is cooperative. Only problem is mosquitos in hotel room due to which facing i was disturbed in night while sleeping.

Pols provide bill invoice

The positive with this hotel is the delicious food. Dinner and breakfast both faultless and the gulab jamon is by far the best we have tasted in India so far. The negatives were a/c not working, room floors unclean, however our every request for rectification was attended to promptly and with a smile. Bed was very firm which we like, pillows could have been better. Staff lovely. A basic hotel improved by staff attitude and action.

It is a small hotel generally preferred by business and corporate travellers who are regular to Ganganagar and hence generally remains packed making it more like a guest house. It has two categories of rooms deluxe and super deluxe however deluxe rooms are quiet smaller and bit dated hence also need a retouch here. Hotel has inhouse restaurant where food was good but there was no breakfast spread and had limited options in buffer breakfast to choose from like beverages, canned juices, parathas, fruit, bread toast and eggs. I have seen good better boutique hotels of same style and genre and i genuinely feel the Hotel management can do better with rooms hygiene, touch n feel, improved interiors and amenities and better breakfast spread for guests. Hotel also has bar in underground which is popular locally as well which can be tried by guests however again more suited for business and corporate traveller rather than family.
