It's a not a pleasant stay. Area is very dirty, good restaurant are not there.. staffs are good but they are comfortable in speaking in their local language

A hotel as it is known locally is well located maintained reasonably well bit over priced compared to better ones. Quality of service improves when you demand but not considered as a standard requirement. Good to go.

Terrible staff, risky lift where we fell free fall in lift from 2nd floor. Lucky to escape major risk. Room boy in night is drunk and risky for families. Taps and shower heads dont work, rooms stink with some weird fungus smell. I dont understand why they charge so much when they are not even worth of half the money. For towels you have to ask, water bottles you have to ask, they dont keep everything ready. The reception and room boys have huge disconnect.

Room is spacious but the maintainence is bad. There is no mesh for windows and mosquitoes will be more in the evenings. Good thing is that there are water bottles to purchase in the reception even though there is no restaurant.

Room cleaning practices need to improve. As cup board was not cleaned. Dust and particles found in cupboard. Tv provided but not working. Once in a cleaning should be done

I booked on 31st may intended to checkin on 26th june 22, by mistake i put 31st date. It booked for the day. I immediately informed the hotel for correction and tried to inform customer service' make my trip. I put a mail also to the hotel stating the mistake done, called no. Of times. They did-not cooperated resulting my money. Agony is that no reply to mail sent by me.
