A really good experience even though i stayed for one night. Danish was very accomadative and made sure i had everything needed during the stay. I had a good time here. Highly recommended

The people are extremely helpful, the stay is adequate and a cozy place. Loved the stay. The place is very close to a fine choice of street food and very close to the dal lake as well.

Room heaters were not available during our check-in. Only one room heater was provided for one room after our check-in. Provision for connection for additional room heater is not available in rooms. Geyser is not working in bathroom. Electric kettle is not available in rooms. These are basic requirements for tourists to live during - 10 degree centigrade. People are very good. Above facilities must be arranged for tourists.

Property is little bit away from main road and they don’t serve any food. Housekeeping they don’t do on regular basis. For me hotel is average and price is high. Note: vegetarian people please don’t book this hotel because u will don’t get veg food nearby but for non-veg people there is lot options available.

Not so good as they are showing . Blankets and cushions were dirty enough. Owner of the hotel behaved bad with us on the first day. Wi-fi speed is also slow
