Not getting proper electric facilities and getting over charged booked vehicles owner booked vehicle for us and driver is asking extra money for travel

The hotel and the staff are very nice and they are also very helpful but there are some issues with water and electricity that make our experience a little bad. How can i claim my discount. ?

The room was booked for 2 people, my parents. My mom had a severe attack of asthma a few days back, so i had to come. That room was shared by 3 people. No extra services were provided, inspite of taking extra charges for 1 person. Also there was indian toilets, where my father had a trouble. No room heater was provided. There was powercut every evening. No inverter facilities

Main e jannat guest house book kiya but inhone dusra room de diya k hen auro property main. Jidhar na to bed sheet change hua na room clean auro na he washroom.

not even 1 star😔😭😭😔, such an horrible experience, the rooms are very small, bed sheets, blankets and the bathroom is very dirty, there were stains all over the room and the bathroom, foul and bad smell is always coming from the bathroom, no room heater in the room, the bed heater is too thin and narrow, no mobile charging option in the room, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The worst hotel, quite dirty, pillow and bed quality is worst and the there is no any hygienic. With similar amount there are lots of hotel near by places.

I have stayed for one day. Owner is co operative and rooms are neat and clean. We lived as a couple where we feel safer. This hotel is also in budget.
