The stay was pretty comfortable. Restaurant service was good and staff was very polite to talk to. Reception counter staff handled their jobs very well.

The rooms were dirty, bathroom was not at all clean. The bed sheets were not clean enough. Old property. Less staff. Food was not of good quality. Overall bad.

Rooms are not maintained well as heater was not working and bathroom had very low pressure of water. Food and beverage ***ager was very rude and unhelpful. No a'la'carte items were served as staff was more focused on buffet. Team was not served post 6pm. Restaurant and room service is completely closed post 10pm and till 8 pm. Room service is terribly slow and take ages to deliver.

The hotel is really placed nicely in srinagar with good access to all hot spots in the city. Their breakfast buffet is also good with options for everyone. The thing that needs improvement is the hospitality of the staff and the quality of service, it’s nowhere near professional. From rude staff members to lack of cleaning at the rooms, the experience can be off putting if you intend to stay for longer at the hotel. You can find better options at the same cost. Also concerning is the rating, it’s as best a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star.
