Location is fine but the hotel lacks hospitality, key card for our room was unavailable for 24 hrs as the previous guest took it with him and the hotel staff were quite cool about it. The lift was showing problem from the day we checked in and stopped working the next day, our rooms were on the 4th floor. They didn’t show any urgency to fix the lift as the technician was coming from phahalgam, again the front desk at the hotel were not bothered to get it fixed from a different technician in emergency. Bidet/jet spray in 2 out of the 3 rooms we booked were malfunctioning and not attended in right time. Hot water was available though

Better to have a breakfast and dinner at the hotel rather then wasting money around. Nice stay 5km away from dal lake. I can say this hotel is a value for money

First of all, they denied to us. As there was no room, after requesting to them they gave us room. It was bad bad experience, i stayed there because it was late night.

Hotel is situated ***** a busy road so they will be noise during daytime but you can ask for rear side room. Staff was well behaved and helpful. We didn't order food but a lime soda(which was too refreshing. At this price, no other hotel can give same facilities(mini-fridge etc) and service. Bang for the bucks! recommended for a night stay or two.

Lifts were sleeping, staff was sleeping, pantry was sleeping. They were not even happy to give tea on request. Need to work hard on services.
