It looks all the reviews written here are paid or are of friends and relatives. My friend and his wife stayed here for 3 nights and are on the return journey to their home town and they had a horrific stay in this hotel. 1st day they found a total lack of service, no one at the reception to greet, no welcome drink, then onwards room with hard bed which left the back sore after the 1st night stay itself. Next morning, the breakfast was pathetic to say the least. They informed the travel company who requested for a room change and this is where the awesome service and hospitality of this hotel comes in. Without taking permission or waiting for the return of guests, the hotel staff packed the belongings and shifted everything to the other room. They knew that a lady was staying in the room and still they had the audacity to enter the room in the absence of guests, touch and pack their belongings. This is the most disastrous level of hospitality one can expect from a hotel. They had the guest’s number but no one bothered to give a call. I will request tripadvisor to have an option for 0 rating instead of starting from 1 for such hotels.

Good service... Highly recommended... Room superb... Spacious room... Complimentry party room... Garden is well maintained... Shout out to Mr. SAGAR IRFAN & OWAIS... Spacious lobby area... Mr. Akhtar have a good attitude ok HK department...

The team was helpful during the stay and would like to express my thanks and appreciation for their service and care. Food and hospitality is amazing. Recommend this for everyone.

We've stayed total 3 days out of our 7 days trip to Kashmir in Jan-24. It was amazing, comfortable and nicest experience we could ever ask for. Service & Food quality was up to the mark. Special shout out to the ***ager - Firdous, In restaurant - Illahi Jahan and in HouseKeeping - Owez & Omar.

One of the best properties of Lalit, Had a memorable stay food was delicious 😋 and staff was extremely helpful. Thanks to Mr Syed Zulqarnain who welcomed us and the personalised service and attention to the minute details from check-in to check-out .Mr Syed also provided us with the property tour and helped us to know about the entire history of magnificent places to visit .i am very grateful to all the staff members who made our stay memorable very kind and polite staff thanks to all 🙏.

Very bad experience ever in my life, food quality below standard. Room service horrible. Staff having inadequate knowledge. Monotonous atmosphere - no live events. Breakfast repetitive & tasteless. Dinner very few varieties.

We had a very comfortable, safe stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Mr Meer Aamir who made sure that we always have what we needed and we r quite impressed by the hospitality shown by him. He ensured we enjoy our stay over here

Do not consider this hotel just after looking at the pictures of the front end. They have rude staff, not bothered to entertain anyones need. We booked delux room but the rooms that they gave to us was third class. Do not expect lavish food spread as u would be disappointed. The food served is sometimes raw and the presentation of food is pathetic. They take 30 min to refill the dishes or serve hot chapaties. The staff is not cooperative. AC might not work as well. The bathrooms do not have partition for bathing area hence entire bathroom will be get wet. The sink in bathroom gets clogged after using that therefore one might have to call the housekeeping. If u visit pehlgam or any other place before visiting this resot, disappointment from this place is certain. They will turn ooffthe AC midnight. There is frequent power cut but back up is still available. Do not come here for compromised services after paying huge amount. Not even worth spending even a single day here.
