Very nice staff. Prompt service. Good location, a bit far away from dal lake. Nice arrangement with travel agent for tour.

A. Room size was really small and not properly cleaned b. Spyder in bathroom c. Food is ok with very few options to choose from. We had a baby and the food prepared for the baby was not good at all overall the service that we got for the amount we paid was not adequate

The rooms were not that great for the rates they are charging. Also the typical smell of a street side motel is there. Ambience could have been better. The food options in breakfast and dinner buffet were minimal and did not feel complete. Taste was decent though. Food choices may be expanded. Staff was courteous.
