we were not aware transport to and from boathouse was included in cost, we ended up paying close to reach there and back and at no point did the owner inform us of the same. While there is no issue paying , the fact it was kept from us left a sour taste in the whole experience. Stay was very good, food was decent but overpriced. Average stay but transport ruined the whole experience

5. Very pleasant stay. The place is a little away from the noise and main docks but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The caretaker does a great job in making the stay memorable.

We stayed here for 4 nights.. Everything was great at this houseboat.. clean, amazing location,very peaceful far from the crowd.Tariq & Ray are so friendly & helplful. Makes customers feel welcome.Great hospitality & awesome food.Breakfast & dinner was included. Excellent & unique experience.All arrangements done by Mr Tariq was very good... starting pick up at Srinagar Airport , sightseeing in Srinagar city,********, Pahalgam & Gulmarg. They will help & organise what ever u may need. Thanks Tariq & Ray ..You guys are amazing..Thank you for making our stay wonderful & memorable.

I stayed at this houseboat in November. Once I arrived at this houseboat, I felt at home, especially the family a**osphere of the hotel. Tariq and his nephew Jhon knew Srinagar like the back of their hand and they helped me rent a car which was cheaper than renting a car from the taxi stand, so I had the opportunity to enjoy a lot of sights in Kashmir. I'm already thinking about visiting Srinagar again in the summer.
