We have stayed for 3 nights in 2 slots. Stayed in 3 different rooms as we needed triple occupancy with extra bed. The initial room they had given us was probably premium room no. 302. It has slopping ceiling being top floor. No proper view at all. Very conjusted if you need extra bed or have multiple luggages. Insufficient indoor lights. Few were also not working. Fixed after we informed. Then we stayed in a junior suite which had better washroom but not very spacious. In these both the rooms the curtains were coming out of the rails. Lastly we stayed in a suite no. 215. Very spacious and 100 times better for triple occupancy. But they don't provide any tissue box and room slippers even in suites. Overall they had nice interior but not maintained or cleaned. Sofas look very dirty especially in reception/lobby area. Some furniture/fixtures need repairing. Food is just ok. Breakfast had very limited options. They don't accept international credit card creating serious inconvenience. The only appreciable thing is the staffs. Who are helpful and cordial.

The rooms and washrooms feel cramped due to their small size, and they are lacking essential amenities such as a fridge and hair dryer. I will not recommend the deluxe room for couples.

Stayed for night on trip to pahalgam. Staff were curteous, hot water available round the clock, suitable room heaters centrally controlled. Buffet breakfast and dinner was good. Though limited taste was ok. Overall good hotel with reasonable cost compared to others

It was pleasure to be there. Stayed 03 nights, excellent staff, room and food was amazing. Room service was great too. An amazing place to be especially if you are looking to stay somewhere away from all the noise and buzz.
