Rooms are clean, well kept and well maintained. The receptionists are very helpful and nice. I feel very well treated by the hotel staff and ***agement. I have no complaints, and I would surely recommend the Residency Hotel to my friends.

Quite impressed with the rooms and services of the hotel. Despite the entire Srinagar being shut due to Eid holidays, that did not affect the hotel's service. Really appreciate the hotel staff for being so hospitable and helpful. Thanks to Ms Mahfuza and Rozi for complying to service requests every time. Great experience!

We had booked Residencykashmir for our family trip we really enjoyed our stay there the food was so yummy and special thanks to chef Saboor for making us South Indian delights like Idly and Uppu Ma it was so yummy. Anil chef nade us felt like home for preparation of great dinner. Service team headed by Subzar was appreciated House keeping Naina Guljeet did a wonderful job. Front desk Mafoosa,Rozy always welcoming over all we felt like home definitely will recommend to our friends. Special thanks to GM Haroun for taking extra care good luck team

Best hotel in the heart of the town in regal chowk we all friends had a wonderful stay at the Residencykashmir. The rooms were amazing hot water and central heating was superb and they have a very beautiful restaurant and serving very very tastey food over all we enjoyed our stay and highly recommended. We all come back and stay over and over again. Special thanks to GM Haroun Khan and his team wishing all the best to team Residencykashmir

We at Residency enjoyed staying and the food was so yummy we found it is best choice right in the heart of the city they have shopping complex and bank saloon even two ATMS at in side their premises also just 10 minutes walking distance the main attraction the Dal lake. Definitely recommet able. Thank for Mr.Khan Haroun the GM of this hotel for all the arrangements.

we as a family booked Residency hotel in Kashmir for three nights and we were provided with a family room and it had all the 5 star amenities the hot water and heating system was so fantastic we and with all our kids enjoyed fully. The food part was another best part we had Idly/Dosas and the puri bhaji was mouth watering we enjoyed staying at Residency Kashmir and hopefully will recommend to all our friends.

The rooms are very neat and clean. In night heating system was superb. You feel relaxed everything. Food was amazing. All staff behavior is very nice. Room Services was very fast. The Best hotel in kashmir. No cheating with customer. You feel very safe. Mr. Thakur is very familiar person. Thanks.
