Good-located near dal lake, near ghat no. 2, good interiors, spacious rooms, bathroom, hot water available round the clock, parking facilities for guest. Bad-there was no traditional welcome on arrival as mentioned, breakfast menu is same everyday, most of time electricity goes and sleep gets disturbed, rooms are close to road so continues noise can spoil sleep, most of times and specially at night no one is available at reception so make sure you reach at day time, if you come after 11 gate is closed but they will provide you code to open, overall price with breakfast is not value for money

Nearby location, geaser was not working, water kettle not working, stinking washrooms. So for quick accessibility very good location don’t expect other amenities

Only plus point is location which is near dal lake. Except these everything is not acceptable. In breakfast, they have only omelette and toast, nothing else. If you ask for even water bottle they will take 1 hour for that. Not value for money.

Very nice hotel, just walking distance to dal lake and markets. Spacious rooms with all amenities. Cleanliness and upkeep of whole property is commendable. Very courteous staff. Mr. Manjoor in kitchen is wonderful person, he took utmost care of our vegetarian food preferences and personally attended to all our meals. Food is good and wholesome. Highly recommended.

Walison hotel is near dal lake ghat no. 2, very close to dal lake (just 1 minute walk. Location is good, food quality and quantity is also good, tasty food with reasonable rates. Rooms service is also very good. Neat and clean hotel, inside view of the hotel is good but surrounding is not eye catching. I have faced only one problem i. E, their old and light quality bed, which makes sounds whenever, you change your position during sleep.

The hotel was located near dal gate no. 2. Restaurants were at a walking distance. Overall stay was nice. Rooms are clean. Hot water is available.

The hotel is situated strategically although very close to Dal Lake but a bit inside to avoid traffic noise. Very well maintained. Amazing staff, Sajad bhai, abid, Rafiq, Manzoor (super chef). Very personalised treatment, I think that is ingrained Kashmiri mehmaan nawazi! Overall amazing experience!

The hotel staff was not professional. Hotel room was not worth the money they charged. Hotel location is near dal lake but it's located in a narrow alley. Much better options available where dal lake view is visible. I will not be staying in this hotel if I return to Srinagar.
