Nice location and nice food.. Booked include buffet breakfast and dinner..Nice food.. Experienced different veg food everyday..,.Friendly staff..My advice to other tourist, go for buffet breakfast and dinner..

Very bad experience. Staff highly rude and unprofessional. Rooms small and dingy. Surroundings of hotel unclean.No parking available. Strongly recommend against visiting this hotel.. We checked into rooms, were unsatisfied with condition of rooms, after spending just 1 hour in rooms, we came back and wanted to leave. They charged us 5000 per room (full charge) for staying just 1 hour. Kicked our baggage and threatened us. I wondered if tourists are just money making machines .

. But it was horrible experience with New Mamta Hotel. One or two persons on reception behaved like criminals. Same can be visualised in CCTV of the hotel at reception if the CCTV was functional. Time of the incident between 3 and 4.30 pm om June 1,2023 Such hotels should be penalised and deregistered on the basis of such activities

Please look for any other hotel. This hotel is overpriced, untidy. Breakfast menu is a joke. Only alu paratha curd and poha. They clean your room only after your request. Initially they welcome you with dirty bedsheets and pillow covers with all kinds os spots on them.

A conveniently located property. The hotel must provide basic amenity viz. Tea/Coffee material in the room. Every time we had to order the same from the front desk on payment.
