Absolutely not worth the price.. service is not upto taj standards … i was surprised what photo shows and what it is in reality … rooms not upto taj standards and not is the view all that great …

The rooms were comfortable and very spacious. The stand out was the service. Iqbal at the reception was extremely helpful. Amjad in room service gave absolutely top notch service. Must compliment the team The food was alright, only one restaurant was functioning.

Very beautiful evening spent at the property. Great experience and taken good care by Mr Makhan. We have heard alot about Kashmir’s hospitality and now it feels great to experience it. Very well done. 5 stars to Property and Mr makhan ***************

Apart from courteous staff brand like taj has to b nothch abv othrs and facilitate its guest wth trending luxuries nd facilities.view from hotel is mesmerizing as i thnk it is best situted in srinagar.amenities wise many thng is missing (children play area is very basic,no heated swimming pool,no othr recreational activity,nthng complimentary activities frm hotel side).i hve booked my rooms directly nd during checkin and checkout bth the time i was asked to so my payment receipt as my payment was not uploaded in thr system.guest knws wat to expect frm brand like taj but whn smethng unexpected is provided it makes moment cherishful.

We had a superb stay at Vivanta Srinagar. The service was excellent right from checkin to checkout. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities including indoor games etc were also available allowing us to spend good time at the hotel when it was raining. The food at the buffet was delicious with a lot of variety. The team at the restaurant made us feel at home. One of the days my sister was craving Kashmiri pulav though it was not on the buffet, the manager on duty got it specially made for us.
