The hotel is new and all modern facilities are available. We hadn't a great stay and truly The comforts are upto mark. The staff is well cooperative. Shalimar garden is right near the hotel. They arranged nice decoration for my bedroom. Luxury Premium Attic is best of the room

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient

Perfect family holiday spent in Royal Savoy. This hotel is just besides Shalimar Baugh. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff were it's plus points. Electric blankets and heaters made our stay in the last week of December very very comfortable and warm. Breakfast was sumptuous too. Meheraz and Asif were the two managers at the Hotel and were excellent in their service. 24×7 they were ready at your service.

The property location is very bad. There is no lift & ac in the room and they were giving pedestal fan. The quality of food is very bad. I will never recommend any one for this hotel

I booked through make my trip and when i reached hotel they said your room is not booked. My booking is confirmed but hotel people sold the rooms to another person's by charging higher tarrifs. And make my tripnot helped me and even i contacted to mmt approx 10 times. So my experience is very very below expectations level
