Best location in Srinagar as its walkable to shopping areas like Lal Chowk, Poloview. However, the property is old, run down, clunky as Radisson took over decades old hotel property formerly known as Grand Mumtaz Hotel. Commonly used by large group as transit to gulmarg or phalagam. Staff is attentive and good service which is not very common in Kashmir as this region is not high on hospitality. Food is just okay which is again a widespread problem in most hotels in Kashmir.

The Radisson hotel Srinagar is situated very near to the lake. It’s very clean. The front desk is very helpful. They were able to help us in a professional way when we really needed their help. The location is also excellent because you can walk to the Lal Chowk and the nearby market. Very easy access to the lake. We could not use the hotel swimming pool because it was very cold, but definitely we will be staying again in this hotel. The breakfast was quite big and the options were very good. Food was very tasty.

Hotel staff has been courteous and all of them are amazing. I always prefer to stay at this property with my family and kids.Front office team and restaurant team is feather in the cap. Special mentions Arshid and his team Shakira Fouzia Osama and ishfaq bhat. Kudos to the team for their hard work.

The staff here is best and makes sure your requirements are meant before the stipulated time. We had arranged a business conference here and everything was arranged by team Radisson. The refreshing refreshments food high tea was all done with a very special touch. Shakira from front office guided us in every possible way. Ishfaq bhat was too good. Tanveer was very helpful and arranged every single thing

Okay hotel. Staff is pleasant but not trained properly - restaurant, reception, etc. When we arrived, we waited for 5 mins outside for the guard or concierge to check us in or scan our bags. Nobody came. A sleepy guard just sat there looking at us. We had to go ask the reception team if our bags needed to be scanned or not. Then while we were having our welcome drink, the concierge kept passing by and giving us looks to go upstairs with him. He wanted to go with us to get a tip. It was very obvious and not at all the standard that we expect from a radisson. Will i stay there again? Most probably not.

We went here for swimming. Evey staff member especially Usama and Javaid were very helpful and kind. Water in swimming pool was very clear. We also took a steam batha nd spent some time in suana and its was a very pleasure experience. It's a must go hotel if you are visiting Srinagar
