The staff are helpful. They are welcoming. Altaf gives very good service. The other staff too. I like the breakfast. Can sleep well. Room is comfortable. Will likely to come stay in the hotel again. See you again!!!!!! !!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!☺️

I have stayed here with family at least 6 times and have always been lured to come back here for my stays in Srinagar. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Staff goes out of way to make you feel comfortable and important. The food is outstanding and homely with wide spread for breakfast and dinner both with cleanliness and hygiene

I visited Kashmir with my family in start of June month.My stay in Kashmir Mahal Resort was wonderful. Apart from the good location of hotel being walkable distance from Nishat bagh and Dal lake, the property is very beautiful in itself too. Kashmir Mahal Resort has its own park with beautiful view of mountains. The Manager Mr. Yaseen ***** with the staff ( Mr. Altaf and Mr. Touphic) is very supportive and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

Visited Kashmir with family during this summer of 2024 and stayed at this resort. Location- situated at the heart of Dal lake, surrounded by the Mughal gardens. Rooms- The suite room was extremely comfortable and the intricate designs on walls and plush carpets was soothing. The bathrooms have private jacuzzi for guests to relax. Food- Good. The Kashmiri cuisine was spot on. Staff- ever smiling and helpful. Thank you Kashmir Mahal Resorts for making our trip memorable.

My husband was late by 24 hours and hence I ended up staying all by myself- amazing place. Safe and beautiful. Altaf was particularly helpful- ensured I have access to all the amenities, helpful and polite behaviour. The location of the property is apt- quiet close to Nishat Garden, walkable distace from beautiful Dal Lake. Hotel Rooms give authentic kashmiri vibe, my room had a mountain view from the high rise window. Definately recommend the place.

Service very good, close to Dal lake, lovely place, And very helpful and cooperative staff, and food is also very good and prices are also good, Would surely recommend that you stay here for atleast 2 nights here and enjoy the breakfast out looking sceneries and snowfall, don't forget to have puri bhaji and Aloo paratha in breakfast, tastes very good... Food at the hotels restaurant is good but if you don't like it then you can order online I did it before tasting the hotels food because kitchen was closed, there are timings for restaurant keep that aswell in mind

An unforgettable experience. From the manager yaseen to the cleaners, chefs waiters they all were outstanding in their service and willingness for your comfort. The view from my room was very uplifting. The food more than a feeling for home. The room spacious and clean. The location was just perfect. Really money's worth.

The rooms were excellent and very clean. The staff was very good and supportive. The property is on the main road near Nishad garden and close to Dal lake. It was fun to stay with friends here. We could sit in the sitting area and chat at night. It also had heater in the dining area which was a big relief during cold season as it was chilling cold because of the rain in April. I would definitely recommend and would love to visit again. 😊

Splendid unbelievable. We were very impressed with the manager yaseen and his staff, who took care of us throughout our stay. From the day visits ,to the food ,view from our room, to the laundry and everything to make us comfortable. I was very taken a back by the natural view through our room window the tasty food left my taste buds idling for days after .The cleaners and the willingness to help us . The room size and the Ideal location of the hotel
