Here you find the food like home And the staff is well educated and disciplined and know about there work. Special mention of our chef Mr. Tariq Khan and our hotel ***ager Mr. Ikhlas. Triden resorts is an excellent budget hotel located at a wonderful place. The Dal lake is about 5 minutes walk (and this part of the lake, near Naseem Bagh, is not croded like Lal Chowk; it is very close to the university and the Hazratbal shrine), and you can have a view of the mountains from your room (always ask Ikhlas bhai for those rooms, the sunrise is something to watch!). We were 4 and took two double rooms. The rooms and washrooms are clean and spacious, overall the ambience is very nice. The restaurant is nothing great but you can have a good breakfast and dinner (they were included in the MAP deal). The staff are very helpful, particularly Ikhlas bhai. If you do not expect a 5-star facility from a 3-star hotel, this would be ideal for you.

We spent two nights at this hotel and had a fairly good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are of average standard and could do with an overhaul. There is room for improvement on the cleanliness front. The towels and bed linen need to be replaced. The staff across all depar**ents, were efficient and catered to our needs. Abid, who works in the restaurant, went out of his way to serve us. The receptionist was also extremely helpful, coming to our rescue when needed. The view behind the hotel was fantastic - a snow caped mountain was visible in the distance.

Worst hotel experience ever. Washroom was too dirty and smelly . Very very dirty. I hated it. Blanket was dirty. They didn’t provide any bathroom sandals, we had to ask for one. It looked good from outside but the rooms were worst. When we arrived the rooms weren’t clean. Bathroom was dirty, there were cigarette straws on the floor, we had to tell to clean it up. Also food was bad. Food was cold and they don’t refill it in time.

This is a proper 3 star hotel with excellent services. The hotel is properly ***aged. It has a huge lawn and parking space. Rooms are big in size and ***aged properly with basic services. Must visit and within budget. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..!!

This place is amazing to visit. Within budget you get a feel of luxury. Rooms are good,well maintained and service is excellent. There is a huge lawn and huge parking space. People there are friendly and help you in every possible way. Visit kashmir and stay at Triden is all i can recommend..!!

i had a group visit to kashmir in the month of june. i opted for triden kashmir which proved to be a great choice as everyone of my guest returned happy and satisfied with service they provide. this property has good rooms ,well furnished and well maintained. Food quality was excellent. this property is recommended to everyone..!!!

This resort looks good from outside however really need lots of improvement from inside.. In terms of infrastructure and specially the "" Attitude of staff working for them"" Pros and cons about this accomodation 👇👇👇👇👇 PROS 👉👉 1.Open lawn which is good for kids. 2.Family can sit together in the lawn and have some quality time together. 3.Dates change request was entertained because J&K nh 44 was closed due to landslide. CONS👇👇👇 1.Staff attitude is a major problem in this resort.. Either they are not trained for hospitality or they don't want to work. 😞😞 2.Location is also an issue because it's 15 kms away from DAL lake so incase of emergency, you will find it difficult to cope up. 3.My wife had to drag buckets of warm water from on room to another leaving our kids of age 03 & 05 alone and she personally went to reception at 10.45 p.m to complain about the same. 😡😡😡😡People who were sent to address the issues. They themselves started bad mouthing about mis***agement in the hotel. (Video Recording Available) 👉👉After having such humiliation they asked for extra money even after the full amount was of booking was paid in full👈👈 👉👉I have written the same feedback on google and in revert I was"" threatened"" by Mr. Aquib(***ager Triden Resort) on what's app(Chat screenshot available as documentary evidence). Being an Advocate i pledge that i will not be leaving these inhu*** people on the go.. I will be soon sue 👉👉Go ibibo & Hotel Triden Kashmir👈 for this act of criminal defamation.
