Memorable Experience. Neat and clean rooms . All staff members are very courteous. Both breakfast and dinner meals was very good and tasty. Hotel ambience is excellent. We would highly recommend Valley Orchid to every one. Thank you Valley Orchid

This hotel is average. The food was decent on both the nights. Breakfast spread could have been better. The staff is co-operative. They packed us breakfast early on request. Pros Very nice lobby area Cooperative staff Cons Rooms average. Need more cleanliness Faced problem with hot water Faced problem with water pressure

Excellent service and behaviour food was very good Very sportive staff specially shabbir Is too good . Rooms are good spacious and well maintained .We got lot of pleasure of staining here . The ambiances really great and the vintage vibe we got at the lobby was good.

Overall the experience was fantastic. We came with family and everyone one of us enjoyed every bit of time spent in the hotel. The room was clean with all the necessary facility required. I will highly recommend this place, the food was satisfactory, could have been better. With all i would rate this hotel as 4.5 star.

Staff behaviour is very good. They helped us in every possible way. Staff Waseem, Basit, Showkut is very polite. As we went with family our requests were endless, but they always fulfilled our request. Thank you Team Hotel Orchid Valley for you service.

The hotel staff was very efficient and helpful. The service was very very good and the rooms well maintained. The food was filling and very tasty. A special shoutout to Mr. Waseem and his entire team for outstanding ***agement. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have an amazing stay at Srinagar.

Great stay at this beautiful place. Wonderful hosting and support by Wasim and team. Rooms were neat and clean. Hot water was always available. Great response by housekeeping. Food is extremely delicious. Special thanks to housekeeping and entire team.
