My family stayed at this Premier Inn. I joined them for breakfast. I was very impressed by my experience. Parking was easy . The reception staff were smiley and welcoming. The dining room was light filled, spotlessly clean and tables were spaced with ample room to dine comfortably as a family of 5. The waitress Steph was delightful - welcoming and very attentive. The food was plentiful. The next time I fly from Luton I will definitely stay overnight. On leaving, the manager Isaac asked if we had enjoyed our experience and told us we would be very welcome to return. All in all my experience was very positive and I am genuinely happy to recommend it.

Nothing to really complain about. Staff were all really helpful. Room was clean and tidy and provided the basic needs. This hotel is more of a place to stay before flying as there isn’t much to do nearby. The only downside was missing breakfast as my flight was really early. Would of been a good idea to have a breakfast bar or some fruit the early travers could take.

This hotel is an asylum hotel..large numbers of young men loitering around the complex..No mention of this when booking .We will seeking a refund from this hotel. Not what i expected having paid a fair amount for business.Avoid this place if you are not getting a discount .The name hotel is very misleading.Holding centre more like which is fine.Just do not charge hotel rates.!!!!!!

The main hotel is currently closed for general access but quite busy with young men playing football amongst the cars in the car park, not good if you have a nice car When I asked them to stop I was suddenly looking at 7/8 hostile faces ,so I moved to the main reception area Going into the gym I found an empty reception and waited 15 mins for a member of staff to finally appear from a cupboard eating his dinner I enquired about joining the gym and was given a tour and quoted a reasonable £45 per month The fitness room had old machines with broken handles taped up with electrical tape and there were used wipes and tissues on the floor The main gym was unbelievably hot and very smelly from the sewage plant opposite, and no ventilation I was told the Aircon was broken and not likely to be fixed soon The equipment was ok but limited, the pool was like a sauna and a bit cloudy The toilets and shower room were disgusting with urine and water all over the floor and the wc heavily soiled Club towels laying in the mess beneath the urinals I thanked him for the tour and said I would not be joining and he politely laughed and said he’d heard it all before Unbelievable

Just like to thank IHG hotels and Bookings.com for taking my reservation 3 days ago and now cancelling it, telling me it’s closing on 14th March 2022. Presume this was only decided today…. Our stay was due on 15th March 22 ready for an early morning flight. I am now faced, at this late stage, paying at least double for a replacement hotel. ( all other seem to have inflated their prices on this news). Knowing a lot of people will be looking for alternative accommodation. Why IHG hotels could not move us to one of their other hotels in the area is beyond my mental capacity….! NEVER AGAIN IHG. Was a member of your loyalty program. Thank you and Goodbye.

We stayed here because it had parking included for Luton Airport & we could leave car & take keys with us. There was plenty of parking & the room was compact but fine for an overnight stay. Hotel was nice & quiet & the bed comfortable. The Reception staff were friendly & welcoming & booked our taxi (included in price) for early the following morning. We ate in the restaurant which was fine & again the staff were good. The only downside was that we had booked taxi for 5am & it didn't arrive until 5.15! This was obviously a bit stressful as had a flight to catch. The driver said that he had only just had the job come through even though it had been prebooked. If we stay again we would book taxi for earlier than we needed. On our return we have to pay for taxi & were told you just turn left out of airport & Addison Lee taxis were right there. This was not the case- we followed signs for taxi - no sign of AL so just got a Hackney cab. This cost £26 but hotel had said it was £20 so someone is wrong! Also be aware that these cabs charge extra for cards (not sure that's allowed now?) but if you pay cash they don't have change?!! All in all the hotel stay was good & worked well but needs to be more accurate info about taxis.

We stayed here as it was close to the wedding we were attending, also convenient for Luton airport 15 mins. They have a small dining area so we opted to eat, breakfast, at the harvester located within the grounds. Friendly staff. We ordered a cab from the phone located in the reception, they charge you from their base and not your location SO expect to have your fare loaded before your journey, ours was 5 mins up the road and were charged £15 (London cabs are cheaper).

Well where to start, as others have stated when first walking in it looks lovely, clean and modern. However as soon as you leave reception and head towards your room things instantly start to look grim from the old cruise ship halls to the broken window in the ceiling on the top of the stairs that was letting rain water in. Got to our room that had stains all over the carpet, a broken trouser press (I touched it and it fall down instantly as it wasn't even secured properly), the main bed was hard and the sofa bed was even worse, 2 showers in the bathroom as one had broken and they didn't want to fix it.. The working shower was attached 2 inches above the bath so had to hold the shower head at all times.. and to top it off the heater didn't work either although I did get that replaced at 1am as I was so cold I couldn't sleep, and that's not everything there's way too much to list. So now going on to food. When you see an all you can eat buffet you don't expect to leave still hungry. All that was on offer was 3 curry's (2 vegetarian 1 lamb) served with rice, they didn't look nice so I avoided them (I was told its a good job I did by other members of my group), next up some dry hard cold chicken, some little diced potatoes also cold, then chicken nuggets that where solid and hard, I had to cover them in gravy to soften them?? Was it gravy? I've never tasted gravy like that. Bit spicy for gravy, and some fish fingers and chips they was also all covered in dry parsley? .. In the end all I ate was 3 chicken nuggets and a few chips with some kind of sauce I thought was gravy. Not worth the £17.95 per head as advertised. The bar on the evening had a very dull atmosphere, although the barmaid was friendly if she was even around to serve you, had a heart attack at the price of a drink rho and no shops close by if you don't have car. Breakfast was a little bit better but I would still avoid the hot all you can eat and just opt for continental. My son was so happy they had his favourite of sausage, egg, hash brown and beans he couldn't eat it and my child never doesn't eat them items, my mum also got a cooked and couldn't eat it so got a fruit salad which was nice. I only got 2 sausages from the cooked side and made myself a sandwich with some nice crusty bread the sausages was cold but I was so hungry from night before I didn't care, plenty of juices and fruits, croissants, cereal, tea and coffee. To be fair I think the breakfast was the highlight of the stay. Because of this I think that the buffet the night before has been sat there for just too many hours as they must of expected us to all get off the coach and pile to the food rather then our rooms for a rest for a bit, food should never be kept under those heating lamps for more than 2 hours after that time all food should be discarded off and replaced with fresh. PLEASE ENSURE STAFF ARE DOING CORRECT TEMPERATURE CHECKS ON FOOD

Wow, where do you start? Very modern reception and welcome lobby which gave me high hopes of a brand new modern Holiday Inn, how wrong could I be? Corridors look like something from a 1980s cruise ship, cheap blue carpets, old brown wooden doors with scratches all over them... Into the room, even worse. Like staying at your great grandmas house. Furniture from back in the 80s, dirty bed, sink and tiny bathroom. A kettle but no tea or coffee facilities - sorry what?!? - attempted to approach one of the managers on the desk but he seemed to busy plugged in listening to his music on the reception desk - great. Housekeeping tried to burst in at 10am to clean the room - no door cards to say do not disturb? Weird. Noisy, dirty, certainly nothing like any Holiday Inn i've ever stayed at. When you consider a premier inn is more than half the price of this for brand new amenities, a comfy, clean and trustworthy brand.....Holiday Inn was over double the price and I have no idea why. Really shocking. This isn't a Holiday Inn, more like Faulty Towers on steriods. Avoid. Please. Not a business hotel either, very noisy.
