Excellent, very good, beyond expectations! ! ! The sanitary conditions are excellent, the kitchen facilities are complete, the rooms are warm and the decoration is tasteful. It looks nice and is very comfortable to live in.
It is very convenient to go anywhere near the hotel. It is a good place for vacation

大家一定仔細讀每一封酒店發來的信！公寓式酒店，沒有前台！這一點在預訂單和信件中都有説明。需要靠信裏的提示1️⃣找路，2️⃣拿到進入公寓區域property的密碼（1st code），3️⃣ 取鑰匙的密碼（2nd code）。這封非常重要的信在入住前72小時內發出。一定要留心自己的信箱和攜程系統的每個提示！！！在國內預訂是通過攜程，但是海外代理是另外一家。如果通話時酒店提別的agent的名字，不要驚慌。通過攜程的平台留消息，經常顯示是未讀的狀態。實際經驗是，可能對方已經收到消息了。網絡電話可以打通。服務態度很好。目前服務電話的工作方式是：晚7點以前是酒店集團的客服中心；晚7點以後是聖安本地的工作人員。公寓本身很贊。照片是實景，供參考。總體推薦！

房間乾淨整潔，比較小，轉個身就很難，位置好，在主街上，很漂亮的房子，可惜入住太難，提前到了沒法寄存行李，因為沒有前台，也沒有收到房間號和密碼，電話溝通竟然説是另外一箇中介定的，不是攜程，不知道怎麼搞的，感受很差

The whole house is very clean.
Looks like it's newly renovated.
It will be great if they can provide tissue paper in the living area
It's strategically location, close to everything..
I would definitely stay here if l should visit St Andrews again

Only issue we had was the early checkout time and paying for the extra hour to check out
