I stayed at the Norfolk Lodge hotel for a second year running along with members of my family. The staff were welcoming and friendly like the year before and catered for all our needs. The professionalism of all the staff was remarkable just like last year. In particular, the Manager, Robert Nzoki was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Food was delicious and we were served each day with care and attention to our needs. As the venue attracts many guests who are older people, it would be suggested to have a first-aider on board as one of my siblings was not well and needed medical attention which could have been sorted out on site instead of calling the ambulance. The evening entertainment was very enjoyable. Thoroughly recommend this hotel if you would like a real family atmosphere that caters for all age groups. Receptionists were first class and everyone was well-trained to give an incredible and relaxing holiday experience.

Good location to explore town etc but what is best about this place is the exceptional staff team- from breakfast to evening, they are alert to guests’ needs. Efficient and friendly, professional from dining room and bar to room cleaning. Have had an excellent week being looked after at the Norfolk lodge. THANK YOU!

Excellent hotel well situated on the outskirts of St Helier, with a good car park. The hotel is a bit like a rabbit warren with steps everywhere. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and mostly from Kenya. The room was good clean, tidy and comfortable. The food was excellent. The main course was a buffet, the starter and desert has to be ordered. There was an indoor swimming pool, the room was warm. It also had a small gym. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. I went with my husband for a week and took the car.

The hotel was very nice, clean and tidy, very helpful and friendly staff. The food was amazing and plentyful with the best breakfast you could imagine. Within walking distance of St Helier main shopping centre. Hope to visit you again sometime soon. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel wurde für mich über eine Rundreise gebucht! 20 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt! Zunächst hatte ich Z.81, sehr hellhörig, laut vom nahen Kreisverkehr, Fenster einglasig, liessen sich nicht komplett verschließen ! Sehr kleiner Fernseher! Badewanne, mit keinen Haltergriffen! Nach 1 Woche bei der Rückkehr bekahm ich auf Grund der schlechten Fenster ein besseres Zimmer (91). Frühstück erst ab 08 Uhr ! Das Haus war voll mit älteren Reisenden. Warum sie dieses Hotel mir den vielen Treppen gewählt haben, war mir unklar!

At check in had to climb the stairs. Going to the room had to climb multiple stairs down dark dingy narrow corridors trying to open and close multiple fire doors much to annoyance. Eventually found our room to go into the most depressing room we have ever been in. (Room 53). The “nets” at the window hid the roof over in seagull excriment and the most depressing view ever bviewed through the steel windows frames and single glazing. The wood chip wall paper hid the various cracks throughout the room. And the crack in the ceiling that ran the length of the room had just been painted as the smell of paint was still present. The single light with possibly a 30watt lamp bulb lit the room dimly, possibly to disguise the various faults throughout. The two doors to the “wardrobe” were different colours. It was the most depressing room ever. The small 18” to provided 5 channels. All in all not a room one would want to spend any time in. The bar / dining room had NO toilets. One had to go back up two flights of stairs. Would not recommend this hotel.

Booked a late weekend in Jersey as a solo traveler and this was one of the hotels offering single rooms. The room felt quite spacious for a single with plenty of space for clothes and a decent sized en-suite shower room. My window overlooked the road close to the roundabout but I wasn’t disturbed by noise at any stage. It’s not a new hotel but it’s in perfectly acceptable condition. Breakfast was a reasonable selection of hot and cold food with eggs cooked to order as an option. I didn’t have dinner there but I’m sure it would have been fine. Decent bar for the evening/nightcap and again, not noisy. Used the pool once which I shared with a family and it was lovely to have a dip after a long day out sightseeing. Fresh towels can be collected from reception on your way there. All the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and I was able to leave my bag there on last day after checkout before heading back to the airport later. Would happily go back.

I’ve just returned from an amazing week at this hotel. This was my second visit, I was here same week last year. My single room was upgraded to a much bigger room with a huge king size bed and a free drink at the bar because I was a returning visitor, very impressed. I absolutely adore the staff at this hotel, they are friendly, polite, caring and can’t do enough for you.They are the most efficient staff I have ever encountered at any hotel either here or abroad. I was a solo guest so I really appreciated their attention and chat. The food is excellent, compliments to the chef. I’m really glad I chose half board again because I looked forward to my breakfast and dinner every day. I’m glad I didn’t have to wander about looking for a restaurant each night. I recommend this hotel. I fully intend returning to this hotel next year, I’ve had a lovely relaxing week. Comfortable bed, great shower, great food, wonderful staff what more could you ask for? I’m missing them already.❤️

Stayed for 7 days as part of a coach tour. Room an adequate size and very clean. Only downside was the climb to the top floor as there are no lifts available Breakfast and evening meals were both excellent with plenty of choice.. All of the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Would visit again and would highly recommend
