Another wonderful stay at this hotel and again a perfect stay. We just love it here. Gorgeous hotel, fabulous staff and prime location to the most gorgeous beach. Outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and Petit Port eatery and bar all fab. Great thanks to Jack, Elliott, Drew and Eddie for their excellent customer service and hospitality. Can’t wait to return again

Enjoyed our stay - the perfect location overlooking St Brelade’s bay. The service was wonderful, fab staff. Breakfast was delicious. I was disappointed with my rooms - I stayed in two different rooms, the sea view room was small and felt cramped. The layout of the room made it hard to enjoy the view. We had to move to a standard room (for which we paid almost the same rate) and it wasn’t good - more spacious but no view and not sound proofed at all - kept awake by creaking floorboards, bath and toilets running and wardrobes being opened and closed. Both rooms had some oversights such as cleaning in the corners, broken window handles that made it feel less premium. The spa was nice but would have enjoyed a sauna and longer hours to enjoy in the evenings. Overall, I’d recommend but it is expensive for what it is.

Stayed for 3 nights for my wife's 50th birthday. Hotel was beautiful, gardens were stunning. Location was excellent. We walked from the airport in about 45 mins. Absolutely would stay again and would recommend to anyone.

This hotel came highly recommended and with good cause - staff were brilliant and gave such a great service. Spa and amenities excellent, garden stunning, pool superb, food wonderful. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Booked the BBQ. Quite disappointed really - the cocktails mentioned in their promotion email were refused/not offered. Service was terrible for a four star - plates were removed before we'd all finished and only some of the desserts arrived - it was over 20 minutes before the rest came and that was after we'd chased them up. BBQ selection was poor, with some pre-prepared items not being ready, meaning other dishes going cold whilst waiting. Really quite poor for a supposedly quality hotel. Whilst a modest discount was eventually agreed, it was after a very awkward discussion.

We had the best time in Jersey. The hotel was amazing. From the moment we arrived until we left in a taxi they could not have done more for us. Bedroom was comfortable ( very rare the days) The food was magnificent. So glad we paid for dinner bed & breakfast. Waiters were so attentive & helpful. The bar/pool / cafe all excellent. We were right on the most magnificent beach - white sand. Could have been in Barbados!! We loved it so much we are going back in July!!! Thank you 🙏

Ah what can I say?!? This is THE BEST HOTEL ON JERSEY!!! I love this hotel and all the staff, the location is perfect , the views across the sea phenomenal and the service is second to none! As always dear Jack head of reservations is a dream to work with, so much so I think most of my family book with him and so many friends and even members of an international ladies club I am part of!! We are all super fans of this super place!! Wonderful staff like Jose, Ricardo, Leo, Miguel, Victor, Annalise, Paulo Kristina. Henry, Lorraine (also a marvel fan like my daughter!!) Catarina, Andrea make it what it is. Apologies for not remembering everyone’s names! There are so many of you wonderful people! The super guys Licinio (not pronounced LICHINIO! 🤣) Radu, Soobraj, Wetzel, the darling concierge Stephen and Aidan and Elliot to name but a few always make you feel part of the family! That is why we all return year on year and that’s why it’s such a huge success!! Lovely people at the state of the art health club too I think his name is Jake, so super smiley and helpful!! I promise you won’t regret a stay here! It’s truly the jewel in the Jersey Crown 👑 but please don’t tell too many people! Let’s keep it to us!

The view is fantastic over the bay. I never tired of looking out of the window. First class hotel stayed a week and didn’t want to leave. Staff extremely efficient and the room very comfortable. I used the spa most days which is very well equipped. The restaurant is a little expensive but the view makes it worth it.
