Way cleaner than we expected from a cheap hotel, very calm and well kept. Would prefer this stay over a big hotel!

The price couldn't be beat. The staff was very accommodating and the front desk lady. I think her name was Kay. Was extremely helpful. My room was clean and comfy. The staff was constantly asking if I needed anything. Great location.

The room had cockroaches on the walls. The heater was noisy and would not turn off. The other guest were loud.

Front staff is aggressive. They wanted me to pay them $100 deposit for one night stay, the previous week there was no deposit. I didn’t have the deposit money so I was turned away and would not refund my money for booking the room!

The hotel itself wasn't too bad. It was quiet and the location was easily accessible and central to lots. My only complaint in regards to the room was that the temperature controls were a little wonky. The unit only had freezing or really hot and it never shut off.
Also - not related to the hotel itself but worth noting, the younger female receptionist at checkin was horrible. VERY rude, not so much as a hello when I walked in. Then announced my room number out loud with other people in the lobby which is a safety issue. She couldn't be bothered to tell me more than 'Your room is on the end that way' which wasn't true. We had to go around the front of the building to get there. Not a huge deal since it is small but just not a great first impression. The older lady in the morning was delightful at checkout though.
