Obwohl Reise vollständig bezahlt wurde, wollte das Hotel noch 610 us dollar abkassieren vor Ort und ließ uns knapp 4 Stunden in der Lobby sitzen.
Muss aber auch erwähnen, wenn es Probleme im Zimmer gab, sei es eine defekte nicht mehr verschließbare Balkontür ( 2mal) oder eine kaputte Dusche sowie ein defekte Wasserkocher wurde gleich reagiert.
Kann aber auch nicht nachvollziehen, das soetwas bei Ankunft schon passieren kann!

I had a wonderful experience at the Heritage Hotel. What stood out is the Hotel's driver that collected me at the airport Mr. Lloyd he was courteous, very accomodative, very informative and patient....the hotel staff was polite and always willing to assist with any question

The Hotel is old and looks it. The bathroom fitting fittings are in terrible shape, loose and ready to fall off. The floor tiles are poorly done and some are cracked. The door to the rooms don't fit right and you can hear people slamming them to get them shut at all hours, day and night. I had a big biting insect on my pillow the first night, i complained to the front desk and was told the manager would contact me, she never did. I eventually insisted on a room change after waiting all day for her to contact me. The new room was not any better. I must say the cleaning staff and kitchen staff were very friendly, and assisted with any request. I will not stay there again.
