Nice and helpful staff. Quiet place and good breakfast. However the swimming pool is renovating when we stayed.

This facility is clean and quiet. Workers are very respectful and friendly. Absolutely would recommend to everyone.

This is the best accommodation in the area. Well run hotel with many extras. Excellent service. Wonderful front desk staff will assist with restaurants and activities. Great breakfast. The room was perfect. We would love to return.

There was a microwave oven in the room, so I was able to heat up the ingredients I bought and eat them. I haven't seen many hotels with microwave ovens overseas, so it was very helpful.

Not comfortable… I stayed 2 nights and room was not serviced after the first night… they were no water or lotion in the room

Well situated and great service. If you plan to use the slide and pool, be sure to ask if it’s available before booking.

NOISE - there were kids playing hockey in the hallways on the 5th floor. We asked them twice to keep the noise down. We also made two calls to the front desk. Will not book again.

Finally no vehicle break ins.... Staying with my daughter who was playing in a tournament .Was shocked to wake up saturday morning with no hotel staff to prepare breakfast: no shows A very big attraction level for this hotel....

Awesome hotel, clean, quiet nice pool and exercise area. The only complaint would be the breakfast could be better.

Stay here often, and service and value is quite good … staff are always pleasant and polite… we’ll be back for sure!! John

I had booked the hotel and told them myself and my husband were celebrating our birthdays. I asked for there to be wine glasses in our room, there wasn't no big deal. They did however place us on the same floor with multiple kids parties. It was a constant parade of kids running up and down the hall, banging on doors, yelling, slamming doors etc. We have 3 kids so I get the noise but the hotel could have clued in that we may not want to be on that floor. There were at least 4 families around us having parties and it didnt let up until well after 1am. That it, live learn, we won't be gping back there. I will say the front desk staff were AMAZING. Very friendly and helpful each one of them.

Everything was good but it would be nice to have a restaurant instead of going out to eat.

Unbelievably clean, friendly staff, amazon amenities like the pool and gym. Great breakfast selection and seating! Will definitely be back!
