My first visit to No Ru Hotel was excellent, but unfortunately, my most recent stay was disappointing. The room did not meet expectations, and the service could have been much better. While the rooftop restaurant remains a highlight, the overall experience left me feeling that there’s room for improvement. I hope to see these issues addressed in the future.

The 2 times they came to clean the room, there was no time the beddings was changed, that’s so bad

The staff are not very friendly, the breakfast was basic and the same every single day! Variation 0.
The bathroom smelled stuffy, I couldn't stay in there other than to shower. Please note that this hotel has a fixed security deposit of €200, I was taken by surprise by this and it seems like they are constantly trying to get more money out of you!
Every 30 minutes late check-out time is charged €30. They say it is only for adults but children do swimming training there which breaks the silence of the Spa area a little.

Super double room with balcony.
Terrible 😬 I do not recommend the hotel.
Single beds pushed together.
Car noise and noise during the night, not very soundproof.
Incomprehensible hotel policy they want €50 per night as a security deposit, €25 more if you ask for an extra key, they only give you one😳 and if by chance you should lose it they want to pay €25
Impossible to take a shower because the bathroom floods.
Pool looks like the bathtub at my house.
Terrible experience I do not recommend the hotel

I had problems checking in, they couldn't find the reservation and said it hadn't been paid for. I called Trip Advisor and they fixed it, it was a hotel problem. The rooms aren't soundproofed so you'll hear the other rooms if they make noise. You can hear the cleaning staff making noise at 10pm. We didn't rest well. I wouldn't book again.
