We stayed at this hotel for five nights while in St. Julian's. The pictures on the website were great but they did not appropriately represent the hotel. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The rooms were nice and large with great amenities. However, the indoor heated pool was freezing, the hot tub was yellow with oil floating on top and the jets did not work and the water was room temperature. The employee at the pool desk said she would turn the pool heater up. We laughed because it would take days to heat up that freezing pool. She also said she knows the hot tub is broken. Not sure why they didn't rope it off if it was broken. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was just average. The menu never changed in the 5 days we were there. Same options every day. Coffee machine put out cold coffee which was very disappointing. There was also street construction in front of the hotel. This made it very inconvenient to get around. We had to walk a few blocks to get to a place where we could get a Bolt or any rides. The sewer smell was horrendous. Not sure we would stay here again on our next trip.

noise from building sites start around 7am. This will affect large areas not just this hotel so check first.

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel, our family had 3 rooms. All rooms were very clean, spacious and modern bath. The staff was very friendly and helpful with every request. Some reviews mention construction, and noise. We asked the hotel in advance to have rooms in a quiet area, and they gave us them. But, the noise was not really all that noticable. Yes about 8 am mid week you can hear some equipment noise, but it was light and not consistant. There is street construction in many places in St Julian, and it will go on for a while. It brings a bit of dust to the lobby floors, bus staff was cleaning frequently. It was not an issue. We were out sightseeing during the day, and there was not any evening noise. In fact is was super quiet at night. Plentiful breakfast buffet. Comfy beds and pillow, and housekeeping kept us well supplied. I would stay here again. It is moments walk to restaurants, shopping and the harbor and beach. No one in our family had any negative feelings. There is so much to do on this island-you will be outside every day. The pool area was well maintained.

Sono arrivato alle 6 dell mattino per motivi di lavoro e mi fanno lei alle 11 deve lasciare la stanza se melo avessero detto all arrivo non mi serie fermato comunque pagando 100€ senza chiedo il caricatore dell cellulare mi fa abbiamo però il telefono dobbiamo lasciarlo qua poi frigo bar in camera vuoto e spento comunque non sanno propio come mantere. However, advertised the rooms as soundproof, this was far from truth. Could hear everything outside.
